Regular shuttles to the Gondola station in Bansko
The hotel organizes regular shuttles to the Gondola station in Bansko and back for all fans of winter pleasures. The shuttles are free of charge, every exact hour between 8:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.
If you want to avoid the long queues at the lift, you can purchase ski passes (reusable plastic cards for online recharging) at the Hotel reception.

Own ski rental and storage room
The complex has its own ski room with new ski and snowboard equipment, models from 2017, as well as new shoes. We have drying and heating facilities, as well as ski equipment service.
The ski equipment offered in the ski wardrobe of Katarino SPA Hotel is at preferential prices for the guests of the complex.
Complimentary Mountain Hikes and Walks
From May until early October, guests of Katarino Spa Hotel are welcome to join complimentary guided mountain hikes and walks.
The hikes are organized according to a set schedule and require advance registration. All tours are led by professional mountain guides.
Depending on the physical fitness level of the participants, the routes are classified as easy, moderate, or challenging. Easy hikes typically last between 1 and 3 hours, while the more challenging ones range from 3 to 6 hours.
All participants receive complimentary water, fresh fruit and transportation to the starting point of the hike (where applicable). When possible, and upon request, transportation can also be arranged from the endpoint back to the hotel.
Swimming pools
The complex has 3 pools with healing mineral water at a temperature of 34 degrees C: an indoor pool with a jacuzzi cave, an outdoor pool for adults with a warm connection to the indoor pool, and an outdoor pool for children. The two pools for adults are year-round, while the children’s pool can only be used in the summer.
Yoga for Adults
At Katarino, we believe that relaxation and well-being are just as important for our adult guests as they are for the little ones. In addition to a full-day program for children, we’ve created a selection of engaging activities for adults to enjoy during their stay.
Join our Yoga for Adults sessions, held every Wednesday and Sunday at 09:00 AM. To participate, simply register at the Front Desk at least one day in advance.
Fitness center
It is equipped with the most modern generation of TechnoGym equipment – a treadmill, a cross-trainer, an exercise bike, a combined machine with weights, and free weights. The view during the training is towards the mountain.
Tennis Court with Complimentary Access for Hotel Guests
An outdoor tennis court with synthetic grass surface is available for the exclusive use of hotel guests. Advance reservation at the reception is required.
