Regular shuttles to the Gondola station in Bansko
The hotel organizes regular shuttles to the Gondola station in Bansko and back for all fans of winter pleasures. The shuttles are free of charge, every exact hour between 8:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.
If you want to avoid the long queues at the lift, you can take advantage of the opportunity to buy a ski pass directly from the hotel reception.
Own ski rental and storage room
The complex has its own ski room with new ski and snowboard equipment, models from 2017, as well as new shoes. We have drying and heating facilities, as well as ski equipment service.
The ski equipment offered in the ski wardrobe of Katarino SPA Hotel is at preferential prices for the guests of the complex.
Free of charge mountain hikes and walks
From May to the beginning of October, the guests of Katarino Spa Hotel have the opportunity to participate freely in the hiking and walking tours.
The hikes take place according to a schedule, with an advance registration under the guidance of professional guides.
According to the physical fitness of the tourists, the treks are divided into easy, medium, and difficult ones. The duration of the easy hikes is between 1 and 3 hours and the difficult ones – are from 3 to 6 hours.
Water, fruit, and free transport to the starting point of the route (where indicated) are provided for all participants in the treks. If possible and if the tourists want to, transport can be provided from the final point of the transition back to the hotel.
Swimming pools
The complex has 3 pools with healing mineral water at a temperature of 34 degrees C: an indoor pool with a jacuzzi cave, an outdoor pool for adults with a warm connection to the indoor pool, and an outdoor pool for children. The two pools for adults are year-round, while the children’s pool can only be used in the summer.
Fitness center
It is equipped with the most modern generation of TechnoGym equipment – a treadmill, a cross-trainer, an exercise bike, a combined machine with weights, and free weights. The view during the training is towards the mountain.
Tennis on court
If you happen to have bad weather and want to get moving or simply prefer an active holiday, Katarino SPA Hotel offers you excellent opportunities with the hotel’s tennis court with tartan flooring.
