The thematic Tavern restaurant has 90 seats, distributed on two levels, and an outdoor terrace – a garden with a capacity of 36 seats.
The restaurant offers its guests the best of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and local specialties: smoked meats and aged cheeses, grilled specialties, home-cooked food, and own bread oven. The unique taste is mainly obtained thanks to own produced natural products.
The Tavern Restaurant has a rich selection of quality wines, drinks, and draft beer produced on spot. In the tasting section, you can enjoy wines from our own production – Melnik 55 & Merlot, Broad-leaved Melnik Vine, Sepage by Ruen & Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
You can also pamper your senses with the fresh taste of homemade Kalugeritsa draft beer made of light, black and mixed malt.
